PSN linked to wrong EA account and need relink

I cannot access EA online services on my PlayStation account, My account was previously unlinked from all EA accounts by support but I am still unable to connect and play online, I do NOT want to lose my Ultimate Team progress, I need help to restore access and fix the account linking on my PSN and it’s more then 48 hours now
