Season Pass stuck after new season start, Pro Clubs inaccessible

After the new season started today, my Season Pass is stuck and does not progress.

At the same time, I cannot access Pro Clubs.
Other online modes work.
Another PSN account works on the same console.
Network and reinstall tests completed.

My account previously received a FUT market ban.
It appears my EA account seasonal entitlements are not syncing correctly after the season reset.

This seems to be an account-specific season progression issue.
Please escalate for account review.
