Season pass

It dosent let me go on my season pass it keeps saying it’s unable and I won’t be able to earn progression towards my season pass. Also I seen another post about this and the solution was that if I keep switching between GEN5 and GEN4 versions of the game that’s what creates the issue but I don’t so please help me fix this.
