Seasonpass unavailable ps5

I can't go into SEASONPASS  since new seasonpass came 6 days ago everytime this error in the image comes " seasonpass is unavailable and you wipl not be able to earn progression towards season pass "  tomorrow the first week of seasonpass will ( less than 12 hours) and i still can't acces seasonpass in game , i want a COMPENSATION
