Server keeps kicking me out

The FC 26 ultimate team keeps kicking me out of matches and lagging a lot in the menus; sometimes the game freezes entirely. I am using an Ethernet cable, have cleared the cache and rebuilt the database, and tried deleting and reinstalling. Any fixes?
