Stuck evolution issue

Hello ,

I have a stuck evolution pack as i can't redeem it at FC 2026 " PS4 platform " , also i can't open any pack from the store before redeeming it , and each time i am trying to redeem it , i get a message with an error and the application is restarting ,

Is there anyone is facing same issue before ?
