Serverdown in some region

ı cant connect fc 26 servers for 12 hours in turkey. My friend that sitting same region also cant connect too. I saw someones who is experience about this issue on facebook . If ı reset my modem then ı can connect for 10 minutes after that ı have lost my connection again .My psn nick name is anlrcavictor and i living in ankara turkey
