Severe FPS drop after haltime in UT (RTX 3050 Ti Laptop)

The game runs perfectly for the first two matches or so, but during the third match, exactly on halftime, the game suddenly drops to 5-10 FPS and the game becomes unplayable. I literally tried every single thing i've read online, I've changed PC settings, Graphics Card settings, 3D controls, in game settings, reinstalled the game, I even reset my entire PC to fix this issue and nothing helped. Restarting the game temporarily kinda fixes it SOMETIMES. It's really frustrating, there's nothing more I can do, please fix this man...
