Severe input delay and disconnections in Ultimate Team despite low ping (36ms)

Hello,

​I am experiencing severe gameplay issues while playing EA FC Ultimate Team. My ping shows a stable 36ms before starting a match, but inside the game, there is extreme input delay. The players feel very heavy and react very slowly to my controller commands.

​Furthermore, I frequently get disconnected from the matches entirely, which is making the game unplayable.

​Please look into this server/connection issue and provide a fix. Thank you!
