Severe Input Delay in Online Modes (Rivals / Champions)

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a severe and recurring issue with input delay and unresponsiveness while playing EA Sports FC 26 online.

System & Connection Details:

- Platform: PC

- PC Specs: High-End Gaming PC (Intel Core i7-14700K / RTX 4070 Ti Super / 32 GB DDR5 RAM / 2 TB NVMe SSD / Windows 11 Pro)

- Location: Iraq

- Connection Type: High-Speed Wired LAN Cable (Cat 6)

- In-Game Displayed Ping: Constant 22 ms

Description of the Issue:

The issue occurs exclusively in online game modes (Division Rivals, Champions, and Live FUT Events). Off-line gameplay (Squad Battles, Kick-off, Career Mode) runs completely smooth with zero input lag.

When playing online, despite the game displaying a stable and low ping of 22 ms, there is a noticeable 1 to 2-second delay in player actions. Passing, shooting, skill moves, and switching players feel extremely heavy and unresponsive, making competitive online play impossible.

Troubleshooting Already Completed:

1. Verified PC drivers (GPU, Chipset, Network adapter) are up to date.

2. Disabled background bandwidth-consuming applications and overlays.

3. Used a direct wired connection with custom DNS configurations.

4. Verified hardware performance—offline gameplay runs at high frame rates with no stutters.

Since hardware performance and offline responsiveness are flawless, this appears to be a server-routing, matchmaking node, or netcode issue affecting my region/account during online matches.

I kindly request you to inspect my account's connection routing to your servers or advise on a resolution. I can provide video footage or network logs if required.
