Can you try what I suggested in my previous post saruballe​.

If you have a mobile with data you can use your phone as a hotspot and monile data to test and see if you have issues there.

    Hey, I have tried all the EA troubleshooting steps and yes when I use hotspot my ping is lower around 40ms, however it’s not an issue on my ISP side as I’ve reached out to them also.

      Hey saruballe​ that you saw an improvement when using your mobile data and a hotspot points to the issue being with your ISP.

        I’ve reached out to my ISP and they say everything is good on their side. This is only a problem i get on Rivals, when I play clubs my ping is 12-20ms.
