Silver tournament issue

Hello, I am playing the silver tournament and my record is 19 wins 14 losses, but it says I have finished all my games when I have one more game left to get the win for the final rewards. I would like to be awarded the rewards at least, as i have been unfairly not allowed to play my last game.
