Since 8hours ago I cannot connect to EA servers on Fc26 (pc) on my Internet

I don't know if it's an ip issue but when I try to connect to Ea servers it fails even when I'm connected to the Internet. Ea app connects and reconnect constantly. 

My Internet is fine but anything ea related ( website) takes a ridiculous long time. I haven't changed any settings on my router and it was working fine in the morning.
