Since the update, the game has been crashing repeatedly

Since the update, the game has been crashing repeatedly, and it appears to be due to me. This happens to me 2 out of every 3 games. My draft tokens are gone. I can't progress in rivals. We pay so much for the game, but this shouldn't be the service.
