slow motion issue (again)

everytime i start a match the game just starts running in slow motion and i cant do shi to fix it bc i tried everything (the ea support is also ahh bc i typed out a whole ahh message js for them to say i should look into forums) 

Ps: The video is a guy from reddit with the same problem as me
