Input Delay/Lag Issue on My PS5

Ever since the last maintenance 3 days ago whenever I play online there is unbearable input delay and heavy game play while my ping is very low .

can’t finish a single game online because of it and the gameplay online is very glitchy I once played online with my goalkeeper missing
