3-4 Sec input Lag

Since yesterday evening, there has been massive input lag—lasting 3 to 4 seconds—in all FUT modes except Rush and offline modes. The issue is so severe that, even though I'm currently in the Elite Division, a player from Division 6 or 7 could easily beat me. My passes don't go off on time or reach their intended targets, and I can't shoot or defend properly. Players sometimes freeze for 3–4 seconds or keep running to the other end of the pitch based on the last move I gave. It is IMPOSSIBLE to play under these conditions. Please fix it or do something
