This is not a ISP issue as players with different ISPs,platforms and location are having the same issue . Please fix this issue ASAP , the game is unplayable as every 10 seconds the ping spikes to above 100 .

i use MWEB in cape town. Why dont you give us our south african server back you just take our money but wont let us play the game on a local server

EA_Darko Please can you update us, the entire country is suffering with these spikes and it's been happening for months, please could you at least update us if anything is happening because any online match is unplayable

Location: Cape Town, South Africa
console: Xbox series X
however this issue is not ISP specific, anyone in South Africa is affected and I suspect it’s a server issue.

hey Darko, could you please assist me with this? MY ISP IS URBAN CONNECT or UrbanXConnect. Im only having this issue with EA, all my other online games im able to play normal and dont lag..
