South Africa - Unstable Connection during gameplay

Hi,

I am based in Cape Town, South Africa and this issue is impacting all of us.

Every online match, particularly in attacking and defending scenarios results in an "unstable connection" notification with severe ping spikes and packet loss. This happens every single game and has been an issue toward the end of FC 25 and now into FC 26. 

It has been months without resolution. This is impacting all players in Cape Town, South Africa that I am aware of. It only exists in FC 25/26 during online head to head games. All other games are fine, ISP reported no issues on their end with connections. This is specifically related to EA FC . 

Find attached screenshot with unstable connection errors as well as connection report. 

Can we find root cause and have this issue identified and resolved? It is pointless playing competitive game modes in EA FC when this issue continues to impact gameplay, surely I cannot be the only one experiencing this issue in Cape Town that has been consistent for the last couple of months now??
