Hi,I am based in Cape Town, South Africa and this issue is impacting all of us.Every online match, particularly in attacking and defending scenarios results in an "unstable connection" notification with severe ping spikes and packet loss. This happens every single game and has been an issue toward the end of FC 25 and now into FC 26. It has been months without resolution. This is impacting all players in Cape Town, South Africa that I am aware of. It only exists in FC 25/26 during online head to head games. All other games are fine, ISP reported no issues on their end with connections. This is specifically related to EA FC . Find attached screenshot with unstable connection errors as well as connection report. Can we find root cause and have this issue identified and resolved? It is pointless playing competitive game modes in EA FC when this issue continues to impact gameplay, surely I cannot be the only one experiencing this issue in Cape Town that has been consistent for the last couple of months now??

Same here, I've posted on the forums, discord, tweeted at all there socials, logged a ticket and nothing. They don't care and just ignore. They probably won't even issue a refund as well that's the level we're dealing with.

ISP: Webafrica area : Johannesburg platform :Ps5 This is not a ISP issue as players with different ISPs,platforms and location are having the same issue . Please fix this issue ASAP , the game is unplayable as every 10 seconds the ping spikes to above 100 .

Yeah and it’s been like this for months, I’m surprised not more of us are raising this. But it’s unplayable.

I am also from Cape town and this issue is due to the fact they put the JHB server offline and we wont have a server they keep telling is if we report it thank you but wont do anything to fix it even tho we have a large player base here

i use MWEB in cape town. Why dont you give us our south african server back you just take our money but wont let us play the game on a local server
