SP and Season Rewards Unobtainable Due to FC 26 Errors
Hello, despite completing the requirements in Season 5 progression, I was unable to receive my season reward because I couldn't earn SP from the event. I spent all night yesterday trying to resolve this, but unfortunately, the game wouldn't let me claim the season's final reward. Screenshots explaining the relevant situations are attached.
I have definitely played more than 3 matches in my technical director career, and the progress seemed to be stuck at two matches. Even though I completed a special task in my live technical director career, the SP I earned still did not reflect in my account. I am disappointed. I am waiting for your help on this matter.
Last night, my progress toward the reward wasn't counting, so I got up early this morning and played a technical director career match, but the result didn't change. I really wanted to get the 88+ x5 rare player reward.
In another hand; while writing that I could earn this score repeatedly in the game, I couldn't make any progress in the Rush game mode either.
Also, I only started the technical director career to earn these SP points. I always have internet access in this mode.
