Squad battle game/pts didn't count

Hello, as mentioned in the title, I played 4 games in squad battles, but only 3 have counted for some reason? I know these 1700pts will come to haunt me at the end of the week when I just miss out on the higher tier of rewards by less that 1700pts. 

How can we fix this so all the games I've played count and I get the points I earned?
