Freezing and i cant play the game

My name is basel noureldin i have got the game in march 21 and i have played it until march 26 with no problems i have a lenovo loq with rtx 3050 and intle core i5 when i opened the game on march 26 the problem started and my game freezed after 3 minutes and i kept hard stoping the laptop cause it freezed the whole laptop and i kept trying to restart it more than 30 times on different days until now i cant even play kick off nothing and my laptop is brand new it has no problems i have checked everything on it and its 100% alright and i tried other games that use the same fps and even more and it went right and i thought the problem was that i have hight resolution on everything i made everything single option on the display menu on low and it still freezed i really hope i can get a refund or anything or atleast a solution because i have been trying since march 26 to play the game and i cant thank you and i would please like a response
