Squad battles matches being recorded as 3-0 losses

Hi, i just won 2 squad battles games and at the end of the game there’s the animation of people leaving the stadium. That just plays on loop with loading icon. Have to restart evrytime and the match is recorded as a 3-0 loss somehow
