Squad Battles PS5 Crashes

Hello,

When I try to play Squad Battle, the game crashes and closes. I can’t even get into a match. When I follow the path Play → Play Against AI → Squad Battles and click on Squad Battles, my game shuts down immediately. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3-4 times, but the problem still persists.

I don't know what to do, and if I'm the only one suffering this issue. I've sent ticket several times via PS5 but I'm not quite sure if it works.
