Squad Management Bug: Unable to swap players or move them to bench

I am experiencing a persistent bug in FC 26 where I cannot manage my squad. Every time I try to move a player from one position to another, or move a player from the starting 11 to the bench, the squad remains frozen. No matter what I do, the changes don't save and the players stay in their original positions. It seems like the squad is locked or not updating. Is there a fix for this?
