Still Can’t Launch EA SPORTS FC 26 — Unacceptable After a Week!
I’ve been dealing with the same black screen / crash-on-launch issue for almost a week now, and this is beyond frustrating.
I’ve tried every single fix provided by EA Support and the community — clean reinstall, deleting cache, updating drivers, reinstalling EA App, running as admin, and even registry cleanup.
Nothing works. The game doesn’t even launch, just a black screen and instant crash.
For reference, my specs are more than enough to run this game smoothly:
- GPU: RTX 4060 Ti
- CPU: Intel Core i5 (13th Gen)
- Windows 11, fully updated, latest NVIDIA drivers.
This proves the issue is clearly not hardware-related.
What’s even more disappointing is that other players are able to play and face only minor in-game bugs — while I can’t even get past the startup screen.
I’ve been patient long enough, but this is getting ridiculous.
It’s not acceptable that a AAA game remains unplayable for so many players for this long without a clear fix or communication.
If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I’ll have no choice but to request a refund, because I paid for a product that literally doesn’t work.
Please escalate this case to the technical team immediately and provide a real update, not another “we’re investigating” message.
We deserve transparency, respect, and an actual solution.
