Still cannot connect to FC ultimate teams. No issues with other online games. It’s been 3 days. I have reloaded games, cleared caches, I keep getting asking to request password to my email, which i do but no email is sent.
I’ve been having the same problem I am on the PS5 version and it won’t connect to the EA servers, it hasn’t been letting me play clubs for over a month!! Now I can’t even play seasons online, mind you I have a direct connection from my WiFi box to the console so my issue isn’t a network problem it’s a EA server problem. This is ridiculous!!
yes, I did, but I still have the same issue.
I have the same issue from 3 days ago, unable to connect to the serves by the EA APP in PC. I can not play Ultimate Team for that reason.
Community ManagerAfter deleting the squad on the app, did you also set a new empty one as the active squad?
Please try switching to a different connection temporarily, then try accessing FUT again. It will help us determine if the connection's involved.
It might also help to go through the list of files that can be damaged and delete the personal settings 1 and the squad updates.
Let me know how it goes after trying this, too.

My son was playing as usual. Nothing different done. I have attempted to delete the squad in the companion app and rejoin Fut but still the same.

Do you remember what you were doing before this error started for you? What platform do you play on?
In the meantime, please ask your son to try opening the Companion app or the Web app, delete all active squads there, set up a new, empty active squad, and then try accessing FUT again. Refreshing the squad data sometimes resolves access issues.

It’s been 5 days and still Connor Connect’s to EA server. Therefore cannot play ultimate teams. Still waiting for a solution from my first post. It’s getting ridiculous now! Please respond with a solution.
For the last three days I am unable to connect to Ultimate teams. I am told I cannot connect to online feature until I reconnect to EA servers. I have tried clearing caches, deleting and reloading the game but so far nothing has worked. Other online games are ok. Internet is connected via cable and stable.
