STILL CANT OPEN THE GAME

I have the splash screen problem a lot of people has.i try everything on tihs forum or youtube videos or something i can do in my computer. But nothing happens and i guess nothing gonna happen. Why no one helping us? As i see there is a lot of player just in this forum and obviously more . But i cant see any move from EA side? as a SOLUTION you guys said win10? How man why would i do that why your game doesnt work in win11. You guys need to do something. I dont want anything as a apologize reward or something i just wanna play the game.
