Controller PC NOT WORKING

Fc 2025 no problems. 2026 i cant play a rivals game and have already had to leave 4 matches because the game gives me network instability and my controller wont work. It only does this when i go on competitive. EA PLEASE FIX. I ALREADY HAVE GAVE FREE WINS AND BEEN DEMOTED BECAUSE OF THIS!
