Still didnt get Tim Cahill

I’m not sure what’s going on, it has been ages. I was lucky enough to be able to grab myself a Cahill for full price on the market, do the objective, and then resell for the same price (losing tax), but I’m still missing all the other rewards that were missing, evo, packs etc. can anyone at EA help. I saw another thread from a few days ago which said “affected players have been messaged in game”, well… not me. I absolutely get nothing is perfect and things go wrong, but surely just to add the evo and packs to an account should be pretty simple?! Just reemploy those from last year, or year before, that were selling cards and adding them to accounts… 😉
