Still haven't gotten Premium Season Pass from Ultimate Edition

I also have not received my season pass. If anyone solved this there own way I would appreciate you sharing, otherwise I wish I could receive compensation such as 1000 fifa points so I can simply buy the pass. This has been so long now that the value of the tradable packs are lower and if I wait much longer they'd be much less valuable. Please EA get back with a solution or compensation, thank you.
