Still haven't gotten Premium Season Pass from Ultimate Edition

I purchased the EAFC 26 Ultimate Edition which includes the Premium Season Pass, but as of today (two days after release), I still haven’t received access to it. I’ve already tried the suggested tro...

I changed the language, relaunched through EA and Steam, signed out and back in, reinstated default settings/deleting setting profile, waited 5 days since launch, as well as reinstalled the entire game. Any other solutions for you all or the EA team I am all ears.
