Likely no one from EA will read this forum post but can the people like me who still haven't received the season pass from the Ultimate Edition please have an update. The workaround which was posted on the Trello Board doesn't work and that issue has been on the Trello Board since September 20th. That is almost 2 weeks with no resolution or update. This for customers who paid for the more expensive Ultimate Edition. If you are working on it please provide some timframe, instead of the vague, just wait that I have been getting from support, due to the fact they haven't been provided any information either. It is a poor way to treat paying customers and with this experience i am less likely to want to pay for any other EA games especially preorders when they can't even be delivered.
I'm in the same boat. I am yet to receive the premium season pass. I got the icon pick and the FP, but no premium season pass yet...
