Still missing fc 26 points 72 hours after purchase

I purchased FC Points from Steam but they have not appeared in my account in the game

Game: EA Sports FC

Platform: Steam

The payment was completed on Steam, but the points are still missing in-game. 

Please check my purchase and help add the points to my account.
