2 months agoThis issue is not yet solved! We are still looking into players on PlayStation not receiving their FC Points.
Hey folks,
If you play on PlayStation and bought FC points but didn't get them, could you please provide the following information:
- What platform do you play on? (Either PS4 or PS5)
- Where did you buy your FC points?
- What is your PSN ID?
- When did you buy your points? (An exact timestamp and time zone would be ideal.)
If you play on another platform and didn't receive your FC Points, please wait 24 hours before reaching out to our live support team with your proof of purchase for assistance. Thank you!

Its now been 90 hours and theyve still not been received and ive contacted EA and they are refusing and wrong doing

EA_QueenBee Hello,
- I play on Ps5
- The first time I nought them from the FC store directly on the web app, the second time based on an EA agent’s suggestion bought them from PS store directly and never received the points on both occasions , I was able to get refunds from PSN support for both of those however, my store is still broken with the “There has been an error with the Fc Store checkout” error.

- 1st attempt via web app: Jan 24, 12:25 AM (Central) second attempt via PS store: Jan 31st, 3:09 AM (Central). just to be clear, I have already gotten refunds for these purchases from PSN so I do not need the points. I just need my store to work going forward so I can purchase Fc points.
