Still missing fc points hours after purchase

I brought 2800fc points earlier today and 6 hours later they’re still not here is anyone else having the same problem .

hi guys, I purchased some fc points yesterday, only 2800, they didn’t get credited to my account, it’s been longer than 24 hours, I’ve got in contact with both ea and PlayStation and they haven’t done anything, any ideas on what to do? Tried absolutely everything to try get them.
