Still missing fc points hours after purchase
I brought 2800fc points earlier today and 6 hours later they’re still not here is anyone else having the same problem .

So I bought 1200 points the other day 48 hours and they’re still not here meaning I’ve missed the TOTY ATTACKERS promo and still don’t have my coins!!!
When will this get fixed and will I be compensated for missing a promo I OBVIOUSLY bought the points to use on!!!
They are just **bleep**. After covid, all of big companies' support became a **bleep**. No real human, no real help but the bots and prepared replies. In my case, player I bought on the market dissapeared, and they replied for the second time like this:
"We’ve looked into your case, and you’re not eligible for any more content.
This can happen if you didn’t earn your content in time, or you didn’t meet a reward’s requirements."
Either bot or mentally disabled person.
