Still missing fc points hours after purchase
I brought 2800fc points earlier today and 6 hours later they’re still not here is anyone else having the same problem .

It's now been over 2! months since i purchased 12k EAFC points and did not receive them. Where is the resolution? Is this even being actively investigated anymore? This is crazy...
It is genuinely insane. I still have not received my points or my store fixed either. If they were gonna pretend there is no issue why did they admit there is a glitch in the first place. I won’t be buying the next FC for sure because if a company can just take your money like this why would I give them a cent.
