Still missing fc points hours after purchase
I brought 2800fc points earlier today and 6 hours later they’re still not here is anyone else having the same problem .

Same issue here, 5900 FC Points purchased around Jan 16th or so and still no resolution from EA Help. Just that the team are still investigating after more than 5 weeks!!!! We need a resolution asap!
Have you heard anything back from these clowns? Insane that they are stealing from us
No, they must have stolen 100s of thousands of dollars by now since their support team keeps saying this glitch is happening to a lot of people. Lets see how long they can keep stealing until someone sues them.
