Still Unable to Log into UT in PHX

just came over to EA forums for visibility too. the Rats have let us down yet again, southwest usa servers are 10000% broken. I noticed everyone saying they couldn't get on were in phoenix or dallas (like me, im in phoenix) so I got a VPN which ive never used before in my life and put myself in vancouver rat city and now my connection is flawless. unbelievable, been pulling my hair out all day. idk why im doing this to myself i might just refund
