Stuck in loading screen, tried everything
I keep getting stuck at the screen showing the path to glory team - On PS5. I’ve reinstalled twice already. My evos are going to expire. Can’t get into ultimate team at all.

Went to the help chat, after 30 min they said well guess you should post about it here and then wait. I’m sorry you can’t play, have a nice night. It’s messed up crap like this that makes it even less fun.
I’m having the same issue with multiple accounts, I can’t get into ultimate team, it’s stuck on the PTG PROMO screen and never comes off it
Mine is doing the same thing
