Sorry to hear you're running into trouble with this. I do see you've mentioned already deleting all squads - can you try specifically creating an empty squad (delete all squads again if you've created others since) and logging back into Ultimate Team? That's been known to help in similar situations.
Are you seeing this on both old/new gen versions, or have you been testing on one or the other? Another option is to try signing into UT on a different platform entirely. If you can get in on another platform, back out to the main menu and close the game before retrying on your normal platform.
Aside from deleting squads and recreating an empty one, any other changes you can try on the web app that might affect the state of your club can be worth a shot as well - changing or renaming the active squad, listing and removing a player from the transfer market, etc.
Trying multiple logins in quick succession can also sometimes clear this up, so that would just be launching UT, seeing the error, then backing out and trying again immediately - not always successful, but there have been a handful of situations where back-to-back attempts force any stuck sessions to close after a solid ~10 attempts in quick succession. That may be worth a try if you've gone through all those other steps already.
I'd definitely be sure not to continue trying rapid logins if the last step above doesn't do the trick, as that can also sometimes keep refreshing this "stuck" state. Letting it go a full 24 hours without the login attempt can let that clear as well.
