Trying to play a rivals match but taking about 20 mins to try find a game and ultimately it’s just resulting in this message popping up please could someone help?

Changed my matchmaking setting got a little bit better but still taking about an hour to find a game
I’ve found a solution but it’s a bit stupid there more players in lower divisions or if u can get yourself in elite there a larger player pool but only solution I can think of is to get urself demoted to div 6😭
Been trying for hours yesterday and today but so far only managed to find 2 opponents, if this isn’t resolved I’m jus going to stop playing as there’s no point since I can’t play the game I spent money for. Did some research and changed a few online setting yet still no opponents found?
