stuck in ultimate team item pick

I cannot play ultimate team as when I try to enter it is stuck in item pick screen and will not let me select, I've been stuck in this screen for 8 hours.

ive tried restarts, logouts etc. I tried to log into the web companion to open there but it thinks I'm logged in on the switch even when I've logged out 

will I ever be able to play again?
