Stuck on splashscreen

Question

I became a member of ea play so i could have 10 hours early access to fc 26, i have installed the game but every time i attempt to launch it it crashes and just reopens the ea launcher. has anyone else got this issue and is there any solution?

i got the same problem and did anything to fix it but it doesnt work. i got the early access version and i cant play so i paid 30 euros for nothing
