Subs and team management…

I cant make subs or move players into different positions at all. EA dont seem to have a clue and its been going on for over two weeks since i bought the game. Its on the switch. 
Seriously regretting buying it at all as i havent done for two years. 
ive basically been robbed as they wont give me any help
