Substitutions aren't working / will keep you blocked

Question

I play FC26 for PC, so i can speak for PC only, don't know if this bug exists for the other platforms too. I encountered this bug two times, in a different way: one time in Division Rivals, the other time in Squad Battles. The first time, in Division Rivals, when i pressed "team management", it will just refresh the entire menu, without even entering the team management. The second time, in Squad Battles, it entered the team management, but when i wanted to switch a player, the substituted player just keeped his position, making the switch not working, plus i cannot go back to the game menu and reasume the game (the button you use to go back seems like won't work, meanwhile the others will still work; so the game is basically lost).

Still get the problem above: once in a couple of games, i can't get to Team Management through the menu in-game. If i press the button to get into the Team Management, it will just refresh the main menu page, without getting into it. It's becoming REALLY annoying, it's nothing i can control and it's obviously a HUGE disadvantage, since i can't sub my starting 11. Please, i have this bug since the game started basically, i think it's time to, at least, investigate.
