Supercharge for EA play

I sub to ea play to get the supercharge pack but didn’t got it yet

So, I have a EA play subscription, and didn't get the Supercharge Pack. I've checked the in-game store and nothing, tried ps store and nothing. What do I do?

I havent recieved my supercharged pack either I'm on ps5, I've rebooted the game like 4 times n still haven't received anything 

I play in ps5 and I can’t take the pack and I have and ps plus and ea membership 

I dont get the supercharge pack (i have ea play )

Has anyone who never initially got the pack actually been given it yet? 
I have provided all kinds of proof to someone from EAhelp and their only response was to refer to this forum. USELESS.
