TBD team when promoted to premier league

I was playing the fairytale on Manager career mode with Hull city in the championship, I finished 2nd place in the championship but for some reason I got put in the playoffs. I thought it was a bug at first and played normally. I won so I got the trophy and got promoted to the Premier League. When I was looking at the standings I saw a team, last, with no crest or name, just TBD. Every team that played against it was a draw but when it was my turn, I got to 1 day until I played them but the game crashed with a black screen before.
